Mexican: Tortilla Soup, Chicken Enchiladas w/Tomatillo Sauce, Ancho Brownies
In this class we will make a delicious Mexican meal, consisting of Tomatilla Salsa, Guacamole, Black Bean Tortilla Soup, and Chicken Enchiladas, with Ancho Brownies for dessert!
Once the food is prepared, you'll sit down to enjoy your meal with a complimentary cerveza. Recipes will be emailed after the class.

When you purchase a seat in one of our public cooking classes, it is not refundable except if the class is canceled by Pans on Fire. You have up to 72 hours before the class to withdraw and receive credit that must be applied to a new class within sixty (60) days.
If you cancel within the 72-hour window or miss the class, no refund or credit will be given but you can have the class handout which includes the recipes. If you are unable to attend class, you may send someone in your place but you must notify us of the substitution prior to the class.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, chef illness or other unforeseen events; if we do so, you may elect a refund or bank your tuition to your account for a future class.
Payments are non-refundable but camper can transfer to another summer camp in the same season, if a seat is available, if notice is given no later than TWO WEEKS BEFORE the scheduled camp. There is no refund or credit, full or partial, for camper illness or any other reason for non-attendance. Missed Class(es). Pans on Fire cannot offer partial refunds for days of camp or classes missed due to illness or other unforeseen changes in plans. Discounts on future programs are not offered in exchange.
