A Year With Frog and Toad, Kids 2017 Amphibious friends celebrate and rejoice in the differences that make them unique and special. This process-oriented class is the perfect forum to learn basic musical theater skills in acting, voice, and dance. Students will form clay faces, then, using gauze with plaster of Paris, we will form masks over these faces. We'll decorate our masks with acrylic paint, feathers, glitter, sequins, fibers and other fun stuff.
In a fun, accepting and creative learning environment, students will learn how to mold, sculpt, and paint wild masks. After the mask is constructed, students will paint and attach mixed media to finish it. All materials will be provided by the Art Center.
