We welcome kids ages 12 to 16 to join us for a five-day camp, featuring approachable-yet- sophisticated desserts that can easily be recreated at home. We will focus on classic and modern techniques, proper measuring, organization, presentation, working cleanly and safely in the kitchen and creativity.
Day 1: Quick Breads and Short Pastry
Day 2: French Pastry Techniques
Day 3: Dough Day
Day 4: Chocolate Desserts

All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 11 business days cancellation policy.
You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.
