Isaac Aptaker

Isaac Aptaker was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts and currently lives in Los Angeles, where he writes for film and television with his writing partner, Elizabeth Berger. The two are currently producers on NBC’s About a Boy and have written for half-hour series such as ABC’s The Neighbors, MTV’s I Just Want My Pants Back, and NBC’s Friends with Benefits. Last year, Isaac and Elizabeth sold a sitcom pilot called First Timers to ABC. In addition to their television work, Isaac and Elizabeth have written feature screenplays for Warner Brothers, Disney, and Millennium Films. They are currently adapting Gayle Forman’s Just One Day novels into a movie for Universal Pictures with Fake Empire producing. Isaac holds a BFA in Dramatic Writing from NYU/Tisch.
