Learn about the physiology of taste and how to evaluate acidity, tannin, residual sugar (RS) and other structural elements of wine. Start building your wine description vocabulary. Attend this fun session to gain confidence in knowing what kind of wines you like and how to describe them. Or use this as the start of your journey in preparing for entry to mid-level wine exams.
This workshop can be taken as your first class, but please consider taking Wine 101 and Intro to World Wines as a primer for what will be covered here.
This workshop may be taken as part of our Intro Series or individually a la carté. Your workshop fees can be applied to the cost of the full series if you would like to continue on. Payment plans are available for the full series.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
