Shelby is a native Texan - born and raised in Spring. Shelby has a passion for helping people and has always been in the customer service industry. She joined DEFINE: The Woodlands in early 2014 as an Experience Expert and has worked her way up to finally becoming a DEFINE Instructor and is also our Retail Sales Manager. She enjoys getting to know each and every one of our clients and will likely remember your name (and clothing preferences) after your first encounter.
