You will need a reliable Internet connection as well as a computer or device with which you can access your virtual class. We recommend you arrive to class 5-10 minutes early to ensure you're able to set up your device and connection.
This class will be held via Zoom unless otherwise specified
During this workshop, you will learn and practice grounding techniques with meditation and energy tools during three 15 minutes meditations. Our style of meditation will enhance your creativity and intuitive flow. You will also learn how to stop taking on negative emotions from others as well as clearing past limitations. You can feel more empowered in every interaction.
On your receipt will be our Zoom Registration link for the course. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
