Discover the world of rosè, from the classics - including elegant Rosè Champagne – to America’s latest cocktail contribution, the Frosè. Join Advance Sommelier Mary Ross as we taste and discuss the 3 methods of producing rosè wine, the world’s primary styles and the reasons why rosè really is a wine you can drink all day, perfect for breakfast, lunch & dinner! Tasting noshes, including chocolate-dipped strawberries, will be served during class.

Refund Policy

All classes have a three (03) day cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps 1 and 2 which have a two-week cancellation policy.
You must email [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation.
If you cancel a class other than Culinary Boot Camps 1 & 2 more than 3 days in advance and have paid with a credit card, you will receive a refund to your card, minus the 15% administrative fee which is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel more than 3 days in advance and have paid with a gift card, you will receive an account credit valid toward future classes, minus the administrative fee.
If you cancel within three days of your class, you will receive an account credit equal to 50% of the class price less 15% administrative fee, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. This credit is valid for one year.
If you are unable to attend, you are also welcome to send a guest in your place.
Culinary Boot Camps 1 & 2 have a 2-week cancellation policy so any cancellations before 2-weeks will receive a refund minus the administrative fee.
No credits will be given for cancellations within 2 weeks.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
