What you'll learn in this drink making class:
Wine cocktails are a fun, flexible and delicious way to enjoy our favorite beverage this summer! Whether for casual backyard parties, to put a few left-over ounces to good use or to create new flavors with your preferred label, wine cocktails are sure to add an extra dimension to your drinking pleasure.
Join Advanced Sommelier Mary Ross in this demonstration class to learn the history of the world’s famous wine cocktails, tips for making successful cocktails, and to sip along as we create and enjoy tastes of five exciting and refreshing thirst-quenchers perfect for the summer. Tasting noshes will be served during class.
Menu:
- Kir Royale (Creme de Cassis and Sparkling Wine)
- Sangria (Red Wine, Fruit and Brandy)
- Frosé (Frozen Rosé)
- French 75 (Champagne, Gin and Lemon)
- Half & Half (Sweet and Dry Vermouth)

Refund Policy
All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.
You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.
Please note:
- All virtual class sales are final.
- All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
