Visit the streets of Mumbai and Kolkata for delicious, on-the-go wraps. In this cooking class, you will learn how to make a variety of handheld wraps also known as Mumbai burritos or kathi rolls. You will see how to prepare handmade wraps from scratch as well as how to use store-bought wraps. Vegetarian fillings include paneer tikka, cheese, corn, and masala potato, topped with a quick pickled onion and cilantro chutney.
