A San Diego native, Rex started his practice over 3 years ago. Wanting a deeper understanding of our practice, Rex completed a year long teacher training in February of 2014.

Rex loves all yoga and sees any activity involving one point of focus. Philosophy enthusiast and student, Rex invites his students to explore and find yoga in all disciplines and relationships on and off the mat.

He is open to any spiritual practices that lead to a more authentic self.

Rex loves rock climbing, the outdoors, and music festivals.
