Have your kids enjoy 20 minutes of a fun yoga class! They will learnt about pranayama (breath work) , stretches, strength based exercises, and explore with going upside down! As always, this will be a fun and silly class anding with a nice and relaxing Savasana :)

This class is the next level for kids from Level 1 who are looking to advance skills (must have taken at least 5 classes of level 1 classes before moving to level 2). The class increases the height of fabric and introduces spinning techniques. Kids start to advance skills of climbing, tricks, flips, and learning to start sequencing combinations together....

This class is teaching kids to work through ongoing movement of yoga stretching, balancing skills, strength, flexibility, body-awareness, coordination, aerial tricks and flips all with the fabric. San Diego UNITED is offering a beginning Aerial Clinic again at it’s Victory location! This 1.5 hour clinic is a great introduction to the world of Aerial Silks. Be ready to climb, wrap, and swing with your friends all while getting a fun and incredible workout.  Please wear athletic clothes for the clinic, yoga pants are fine!
