Gary Summerville

Teaches at Santa Monica College

Gary Summerville has 25 years of teaching experience in grades K-8, and taught Spanish at King's University and Seminary in Van Nuys for years, preparing missionaries to work in various Spanish-speaking countries with great success. Although not a native speaker of Spanish, Gary is passionate about Spanish language and culture, and has immersed himself in all things Spanish since the tender age of 12.
