  • Auzzie is a fantastic teacher, she made the steps very clear and made us all feel successful with our pots. Fun!
  • Purchased this class for my partner and I for his birthday. Was such a fun and professional experience! Chef Cregg made the room feel comfortable and low stakes, even though sushi feels like a food that could be really tricky to make at home. He also made the class educational, without coming close to the territory of ever feeling boring at all. Ingredients were fresh and the playlist was great! Would definitely recommend.
  • Chef Luana’s pasta-making class was an incredible experience! She was so warm and hospitable, making everyone feel right at home. We learned how to make fresh fettuccine and spaghetti from scratch, and she even treated us to a delicious dessert and coffee afterward. You can truly feel her passion for cooking, and I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and authentic Italian cooking experience.
  • This class and the studio were great. The instructor, Becca, is incredible. She is a skilled ceramicist and instructor. Instruction was well paced and everyone in the class seemed to be having fun, even my husband whom I dragged to take a class with me! This is the second class I’ve taken at Element Art Center (the other was stained glass) and I’d take a class again. Talented instructors in a fun and safe space.
  • My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the ceramic charcuterie platter class. Teacher was great and value for the tuition cost was terrific. Watching your site for future classes of interest to us.
  • Sarita was such a gem! Loved this class. It was easy to follow, she was incredibly helpful, I always wanted to try throwing on a wheel and it was so much fun. 10/10 recommend!
  • This was such a great class! Becca was super helpful and gave really easy to follow instructions. Definitely recommend!!
  • a lot of fun, gets you off your phone and out of your head for a couple hours, and laura is the nicest and patient and will help as much as she can!
  • As someone who has never done pottery before, I found the class to be extremely beginner friendly and supportive. My instructor was able to provide me with 1-on-1 support as needed. I would totally go back and do this again!
  • I came to the class with no drawing skills and left with the best thing I’ve ever made. It was also a fun date experience!
  • Had a great time doing this class Syd was a great instructor. Took her time explaining and showing us how to do it all. She was patient and hands on from showing us how to hold, squeeze and prepare the piping bag to all the decorating tips and tricks. All who attended the class we also wonderful to chat with and encouraging each other as we moved through projects. Looking forward to taking another of her classes
  • The class was super cool, especially if you've never done anything like this before. Our instructor - Chloe was very thorough and super helpful throughout the duration of the class. Looking forward to seeing the finished results! A great way to meet new people. Would highly recommend this class for a super fun, family and friends outting. Will definitley be taking more classes!
  • I love my first class! Em was so sweet and had so much patience for all the students. She made sure to have a long one time with us to make sure we got what we needed! Gave us tips and all! Highly recommend this class! Can’t wait to come back and learn more.
  • Chloe was great. Her directions were simple and clear. It was a small class and she gave each individualized attention. Will look at other classes that are offered.
  • What a joy. Luana is amazing. We had fun, learned a lot, and had a unique date night experience. Highly recommend.
  • It was a lovely class with a patient instructor. It was only my friend and I in the class which was nice since it allowed the instructor to focus on us. I learned a lot and can’t wait to book another class
  • Instructor Ivan was kind and helpful, and most welcoming. The time allotted was just about right. Nice small class size allowed for Ivan to give individual attention to participants. I would do this class or a similar class again, but would prefer to find something closer to my home in Costa Mesa.
  • This class was perfect! The teacher was great about explaining every step as well as helping everyone to get their pieces to look amazing!
  • I took this class Sunday December 14. The instructors were great and so helpful. I didn’t have any wine as I was driving, but there was a plentiful spread of drinks and snacks for anyone who wanted to partake. Making the charcuterie board was so much fun, I can’t wait to see what it looks like. I highly recommend this class or others like it as a group or date activity. The center is also located in Chinatown surrounded by a lot of great restaurants.
  • This class was really fun. Chloe, our instructor, was so kind and extremely supportive. She is an excellent instructor. Everything was kept running on time, everyone had a complete project and time to choose their glaze. She broke down the process and helped us all feel confident using the wheel and sculpting our items. She learned and remembered everyone’s names as well which was so impressive! I would definitely recommend taking other classes with her at the Elementary Art Center.
  • An intimate space with a laid back magical vibe. Perfect for a date night or a little solo treat. Excellent instruction and low pressure. Highly recommend.
  • I've taken many classes in verious venues around L.A. and this was by far my favorite. The teacher (Nicole) was great--able to demonstrate the project in a very easy to understand way, ready with solutions to individual goals, has an opinion if you want one, and generally made the class very easy-going and fun. Highly recommend!!
  • Chef Luana's was so fun! I feel very well prepared to make pasta on my own and just might be booking another class with her to learn how to make her delicious marinara sauce.
  • Our instructor, Chef Luana, was excellent. I learned so much and everything turned out delicious (I am excited about leftovers). I would recommend the class to anyone interested in learning how to make pasta.
  • Chef Craig was amazing, friendly and knowledgable...and the class was a blast! We each got to make multiple pizzas, (so we were really getting the hang of handling the dough!), and we joyfully ate what we made in class. Delicious!!! We also took home dough we made in class for future pizzas. Such a fun class, (great for a date night or birthday imho!), at such a reasonable price, we will be back for more classes!!! Cheers!!!
  • This class was very educational, great value for the price and I love the paints I now have!
  • Justin the instructor was friendly and attentive while letting each of us work at our own speed. It was a fun, approachable introduction to pottery—it was a great way to end the work week!
  • The Instructor, Izzy, broke down sketching and painting techniques into simple to understand steps that were also easy to execute. Izzy spent a lot of time with each student providing feedback and suggestions. I was amazed at what I was able to produce in just a couple of classes. When asked by friends and family to see my finished pieces I was happy to show them off.
  • Amazing class!
  • Wonderful class! Met so many nice people :)
  • Such a fantastic experience! The pasta turned out delicious, and Luana was an outstanding instructor who made the class enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely recommend it!
  • Amazing class - extremely fun and professional - will be back
  • I took the watercolor class with Israel and I have only positive things to say. He was a great instructor and made sure we all had a great experience. The pace was really great for a beginner like me. I would totally recommend.
  • We had a great time! The chef was awesome he gave us a lot of interesting information we did know. He also made it fun and we will definitely be coming back. I told a couple friends and they would like to attend the class as well.
  • Chef Vic was awesome! Super knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making the experience great. We tried his sushi-making class, and it did not disappoint. He explained everything in a way that was easy to follow and made sure everyone was having a good time. Even when I totally messed up on my first try, he didn’t make me feel bad—he just guided me through my second roll and made it fun. On top of that, the whole group was super fun and cool, and we ended up making new friends along the way. It was such a great experience and an all-around amazing time. We’re already looking forward to trying his Pad Thai and dumpling-making class next. Highly recommend!
  • An amazing experience and the instructor was very helpful and fun to work with. I will definitely be taking his course again. I liked that the class was intimate so we could all interact with each other and make friends. I appreciate being able to eat sushi throughout the day and it was convenient to step into the restaurant next door to purchase alcohol
  • Making donuts was a unique experience that I shared with my friends and children. Instructions were great and the donuts turned out delicious. It was nice to use industrial kitchen. One of the less ideal conditions included the class being held in a coffee shop. The lighting was poor and the space was not conducive to making donuts. Other than that, it was an excellent experience
  • Creative class at a wonderful studio! Will be checking out their other offerings!
  • Amazing class all the way around - everything was perfect ?
  • I really enjoyed the class. The explanation was clear, the chef clearly knew what they were doing and about the what was named for the food. Though I would have used different ingredients because of food preferences but overall it was fun.
  • The kids loved it and it brought the kid out of us parents too. I highly recommend it to anyone. Simply fantastic.
  • My husband and I had so much fun at this class and our ravioli making game stepped up a couple of levels!
  • Our experience was wonderful! Yasmina was an amazing chef and host, and we left feeling like we’d made a true friend. We enjoyed every second of it.
  • Really fun class! We had a great time, met great people, and learned to make a delicious meal.
  • Loved it!
  • Evegamine is always the perfect host and the perfect model with the perfect costumes, and the perfect attitude. The venue is pretty nice too.
  • They told me I had paid for 3 people even tho I reserved spots for 2?
  • Great course! Great instructor! A very fun experience learning to paint like a master!
  • Michael curated a wonderful experience. He gave us the resources, class breakdown, a demo, and helped all of us every step of the way. Michael was incredibly patient and I never felt rushed in the 2 hours. I really appreciate that he helped me get my piece to look how I envisioned, and also kindly explained what to expect when working with clay. I’m excited to see it finished and look forward to another class!
  • Great class. Even though we had a very large class Bryan was very clear, patient, teaching with such simplicity & clarity. I’m excited to sign up for part #2. Thank you!
