What you'll learn in this vinyasa class:

All levels flow style yoga class which combines introductory meditation practices, dynamic vinyasa sequencing, and specific breathing techniques all designed to assist you on your journey of self-discovery and healing. Suitable for beginners as well as any level looking to deepen their practice.

We will begin our practice by connecting to our inner self with a short accessible meditation, and moving onto beginner style breathwork techniques. We will awaken our physical with light vinyasa style movements and sun salutations.

SUGGESTED DONATION: $15-$30 | PLEASE NOTE THAT IN ORDER TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT AHEAD OF TIME, A MINIMUM DONATION OF $15 IS REQUIRED. IF THIS IS OUT OF YOUR PRICE RANGE, YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO WALK-IN AND PAY WHAT YOU CAN AT THE DOOR IF THERE IS AN AVAILABLE SPOT DAY OF

This class/event might take place in our covered outdoor garden that's equipped with space heaters and blankets, please dress accordingly. Events will take place rain or shine!
