Mamma Mia! In this hands-on class, you’ll master the art of creating authentic Neapolitan pizzas.
Menu:
- Arugula Salad with Chickpeas, Cucumbers and Parmesan with Red Wine Vinaigrette
- Margherita (Tomato Sauce, Fresh Mozzarella and Basil) Pizza
- Roasted Red Pepper and Artichoke Pizza with Goat Cheese
- Prosciutto and Arugula White Pizza
Skills covered in class:
- Working with yeast dough
- Cooking on a pizza stone and using a pizza peel
- Making vinaigrette
- Balancing flavors
- Roasting peppers
- Selecting tomatoes
- Preparing tomato sauce
In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.

During COVID-19, all classes have a three-day cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a two-week cancellation policy. You must email [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel within 72 hours (3 days), you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a friend or family member in your place.
Please note: all virtual class sales are final. All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.
