Ray Basa

Teaches at Athletic Garage Dance & BodyWork Studio

Ray was born and raised in Los Angeles. It wasn't until the age of 20 where he decided to pursue dance as a career. He trained in many styles of hip hop and jazz at Debbie Reynolds, Millenium Dance Complex, and the Edge Performing Arts Center. He also trained under the Versastyle Dance Company in "house" dance and has traveled to the East Coast to study "House" Dance. Ray dances with several dance companies in Los Angeles including Versastyloe, Expressive Doubt, and The Freedom Junkies Project. Some of his credits include Monsters of Hip Hop w/Funkanometry LA, Asia Entertainment, Coca Cola commercial, and John Tesh Music Gospel Dance PBS Special. Ray teaches House and Hip Hop at the Athletic Garage.
