Hello, My name is Shalom, which means in Hebrew today, peace. 

I am born and raised in Paris and American by choice , When you pronounce the word Shalom according to the Biblical tradition, you are saying, "may you be full of well-being" or, "may well be prosperous be upon you."

That's how I understand my cooking and decorating my table with love that encompasses everything.

I work in my three passions, fashion and tableware, nutrition, and spirituality.

I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2003 with the title of Consultant Practitioner and became accredited by the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants

.As a Holistic Nutritional Consultant, I strengthen the power of self-responsibility by empowering clients through personalized education and information.

 After 15 years of research on how to lose weight with consciousness, I have developed a diet that is outlined in my book "I Lose Weight and Well" (I Can Lose Weight Well & Fast.) (soon in English and Spanish)

I gave workshops on the "Art of the Table," formed a tea school in Australia and conferences on nutrition in Sydney and Los Angeles.

I trust in mind-body-image synergy by focusing on fashion (image and tableware), nutrition (body), and spirituality (mind).

Now that you know me, I will offer you in my modest Los Angeles kitchen, to make your Challah bread with love and more classes I love to teach as well:

-How to create beautiful tables well decorated with thematic for the wonder of your guests.
Learn to set the table with all the plates, silverware and glasses according to the table manners.

-How to lose weight with consciencessness. 
Learn the rules of nutrition and schedule your long term new way of eating and approaching food for a long and healthy life for you and your family and more!
