Intro to the Art of Sushi
Purchased this class for my partner and I for his birthday. Was such a fun and professional experience! Chef Cregg made the room feel comfortable and low stakes, even though sushi feels like a food that could be really tricky to make at home. He also made the class educational, without coming close to the territory of ever feeling boring at all. Ingredients were fresh and the playlist was great! Would definitely recommend. -
Make Your Own Sushi
Chef Vic was awesome! Super knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making the experience great. We tried his sushi-making class, and it did not disappoint. He explained everything in a way that was easy to follow and made sure everyone was having a good time. Even when I totally messed up on my first try, he didn’t make me feel bad—he just guided me through my second roll and made it fun. On top of that, the whole group was super fun and cool, and we ended up making new friends along the way. It was such a great experience and an all-around amazing time. We’re already looking forward to trying his Pad Thai and dumpling-making class next. Highly recommend! -

The instructor was great! She made it a lot of fun and was very patient with us all. She also made it easy and fun to interact with all of our other classmates. I loved how the recipe was emailed the next day so I didn’t need to write everything down or follow a piece of paper during the instruction. The class made something (Chinese food) that seems difficult to make, very simple and easy. The facility was well equipped and very clean. Oh, and the food was amazing! -

Nigiri Sushi: Edo Mae Style
This was such a fun class, I've always thought that making sushi was something that only trained chefs could do, but this class showed me that I can make pretty passable amateur sushi at home. We covered butchering a fish, various cuts of the meat, and various ways to prepare it, as well as making different types of sushi. The instructor Yoko is warm and you can tell she has a passion for what she's teaching. This is my second class with her and both experiences have been very good. -
Ramen Run Down: Tonkotsu
Yoko really gave us a new appreciation for ramen; the amount of work, delicacy and precision required to create the perfect noodle, base and protein. It was one of the best ramens we’ve ever had and look forward to seeing Yoko again. -

Sushi Making
Chef Eric was fun, friendly, and informative. The class was very interactive and hands on (literally). Would enjoy taking another class instructed by chef Eric. My boyfriend and I had a great time!
