Refund Policy
All classes need at least 3 students to run.
A $25 administrative fee will be charged on all refund requests. The request must arrive greater than 72 hours prior to the course start date. No refunds will be provided for requests arriving less than 72 hours prior to the class start date.
Upon receipt of a refund request, students will be provided the option of receiving course credit towards the purchase of another class. If a student elects to receive credit, the administrative fee is not charged, and a voucher for the amount of the applicable class fee will be sent to the student’s email address. If a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed within 72 hours of notice of cancellation.
On occasion, a class may cancel due to low enrollment or unforeseen instructor conflicts. If such a case occurs, all students will be refunded in full. Ascend Training does not take responsibility for non-refundable airline tickets, hotel expenses, or any other costs that may be attributable towards enrolling in a class.
