  Ms. Blanca was an exceptional teacher. I love her enthusiasm, passion and her great energy that she had with us all. Not to mention she took her time to really explain and teacher us properly how to make our decorations, homemade frosting and homemade fondant. I really enjoyed this class very much. Thank you Blanca... Keep doing a great job!!!

  Went just once. It was just a waste of time. LACC do not have a kitchen to properly conduct the class. Instructor was provided with a very small refrigerator and a microwave that’s it. Room did not have a sink. We were told to buy or bring everything including mixing bowl, hand mixer. First day was just to tell us what to bring from home. Instructor was telling us to smash cup cakes to make cake pops because no oven is available either. Why offer cooking classes when there is no kitchen?
