Bread Baking Fundamentals
Eric is a wonderful, kind and professional man. His class was fun, hands on and educational. I know there is a lot classes he teaches but I wish there was more bread baking classes. Oh well, that one was enough for me to get started and enjoy. Many thanks Eric and crew. -
Knife Skills
Super good. Chef Eric really has a knack for teaching. He gave us a takeaway note pack as well. He was very nice and patient with us. I didn’t talk much but I felt like I came away with a wealth of knowledge. Now that I know proper technique and terminology I feel anxious to learn more. Love this class! -

Spanish Cuisine
We had a lot of fun. However, we wanted to be more involved in the actual cooking. Too much was done for us. Particularly with the meat portion. Only two people in the group cooked the protein and that’s an integral part of a meal. It felt a bit too remedial. Chef Eric and his team are great, though. Maybe have different levels of classes? Beginners and more advanced? -
Homemade Pastas and Sauces

Knife Skills
Chef Eric’s knife skill class was a good way to get started with cooking classes. He starts off by talking about the different knifes you need and then demos the style of cuts and finally you get to enjoy cutting your self as him and his assistant go around teaching you as you do what you have learned. I’ll be back to learn from Chef Eric. -
