  • This class is amazing and Andrew (the instructor) is very knowledgeable! His help was very accommodating as well. Everything was served with very good portions. There was a wine poured as you entered, followed by the class where we tried 9 different wines, played a game with 2 blind tastings, and tried ~5 cheeses. Overall, I would highly recommend this class to anyone who loves wine and cheese and would be interested in taking another class :)
  • Loved it! So fun and informative!

  • Good combination of fun and informative, easy to digest for people with very little familiarity with wine
  • Great class. The teacher seemed very knowledgeable, the wines were illustrative of his points, and the cheeses we tried were all excellent. The one thing I would have liked more of was a general overview of the different types of grapes, ranging from white to red, and their general taste profiles, but that is perhaps too much to cover in one class!
  • Great course! Tasted plenty of wines and learned a lot. The teacher was very knowledgable and was able to answer all questions. Class size was nice. The cheese selection is amazing! Will definitely continue to book other classes.
  • Highly recommend this class! Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and the entire experience was fantastic. Great pours, great cheese, worth every penny.

  • The class did start late, but it was effective for teaching the basics in understanding and enjoying wine.
  • Passionate instructor!
  • I have enjoyed wine all my life, but I finally wanted to know more about my favorite drink. The instruction was at a basic level, but in detail so it wasn't just generality. I now really understand why some wines are more acidic and others sweet and why many warm weather wines taste buttery (no spoiler). Good job!
  • The class went beyond my expectations. I liked the set-up, the knowledge of the facilitator and the way he explained things. I liked the flow and the informal ways of interaction. The cheese, chorizo, jamon and bread were simply delicious. Congratulations!
