WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
Sound Baths are meant to help facilitate a shift in your brainwave state invoking deep relaxation. Through frequency and brainwave entrainment with sound it's possible to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), with the majority of people able to reach theta (meditative state) and even delta (where internal healing can occur). This experience is helpful for anyone who wants to give themselves a moment of relaxation and deep connection with their own-self.
WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a 'hands on healing' technique through which universal energy passes into the recipient displacing negative energy with positive energy while balancing the chakra system. Through the palms of the practitioner to the patient, an encouragement of both emotional and physical well being.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
On this class we will be guiding you in transforming your overall well-being from inside out!
Sound Healing is a ancient modality. For thousands of years, different cultures around the world used vibrational healing trough frequencies to treat illness of mind, body and spirit.
Nowadays sound practitioners use sound healing to treat numerous disorders, restore energetic fields and the sense of peace within, supporting the vitality of your body. So on the first half of our class we are going to share our intentions in a safe sacred circle and open our gather.
The second half will be followed by a meditation through sound, while being supported by Reiki Energy where we are going to guide you towards reviving yourself and strengthen your spiritual being-ness!
WHAT TO BRING?
Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. We invite you to bring personal crystals or other personal objects you would like to recharge on the altar, pillows for your comfort to nest on the floor and please dress comfortably for your relaxation.
This is an invitation for you to relax, find inner peace, and serenity.

We do not have parking. There are many lots available right across the street and on the surrounding blocks, with a typical charge of $8 for the day. There are also meters available which we don't recommend in case a class goes longer than expected (this happens sometimes!).
