I am a personal chef and cooking instructor in Berkeley, California. My kitchen is my creative space and the place that I never tire of being in. By creating my own spice blends and sauces, I can easily transform average meals into outstanding ones.
I offer adults and well as kids cooking classes, team building events, personal chef services and holiday pop-up bakeries.

Artisan Nut Cheeses
Lovely afternoon in a lovely house in Berkeley. Everything has been tested by Chef Traci, questions are encouraged and you go home with loads of nut cheeses (which are really expensive in the stores) - as well as the recipes and muscle memory of making them yourself. These are very doable recipes that taste great - they are not so complicated that you couldn't make the exact same product again and again at home anytime you wanted to. I really recommend this class.
