Ms. Esquivel is Managing Member of BTF Realty Advisors, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in commercial real estate finance. She has thirty years of diversified commercial real estate experience with all property types from an analytical perspective.

Ms. Esquivel holds a Master of Science in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with her major in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis, and a Bachelor of Arts from State University of New York with her major in Spanish where she graduated Magna cum Laude.

Ms. Esquivel is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York, a speaker at numerous conferences and has published several criteria reports and transaction specific reports on real estate finance.
