Rev. Therese Bimka is a licensed clinical social worker, spiritual counselor, artist, educator, and director of One Spirit’s Interspiritual Counseling Program. She has worked in the human potential field for more than 25 years. She has extensive experience working with children, families, adolescents, and adults, both in private practice and within social service and educational settings. For more than two decades, Therese has pursued training in a wide range of psycho-spiritual practices, including meditation, mindfulness, and Buddhist psychology, Gestalt, Jungian (Sandplay Therapy) Expressive Arts, guided visualizations, process-oriented therapy, realization process, restorative justice, dream work, and somatic experiencing. Therese lives in the woods of upstate New York, enjoys publishing and lecturing, and has presented at a number of regional and national conferences.

Amy McTear is a writer, certified Heartmath® Coach, brainwave entrainment musician, and the founder of One True Voice. She helps people reprogram negative beliefs and align their heart, mind, and mission. 

Kathryn Costais an artist, educator, and the author of The Mandala Guidebook: How to Draw, Paint, and Color Expressive Mandala Art. Kathryn has taught thousands of people from all over the world how to draw mandalas from her book, workshops, and popular YouTube videos. Kathryn’s work is focused on using creative and contemplative practices to listen to one’s intuition, the language of the soul, to find clarity, passion, and purpose.
