Course was run well, super fun, food is great. Would definitely do it again!

Everything was awesome. I don't have a negative thing to say about it. We are for sure going back.

Absolutely worth the time, it's super hands-on and fun. We shared a table with a nice couple who were on one of their first dates and we worked together to make pasta. I was initially worried that would mean that we wouldn't get to do as much since we were sharing but I loved that there was plenty to do. It was tons of fun and we're planning on doing another class soon.

Great class with friends! I love that its BYOB and the head chef and assistants are very knowledgable and helpful. At some of the tables where it is two pairs (rather than a group of four), I noticed that certain people/groups owned certain tasks, so not everyone gets to knead or do all the steps. If the recipes were catered towards groups of two I think it could get even more hands on!
Overall though I will definitely recommend this to friends and will probably attend another class here!

Well structured and well paced. I'm a terrible cook and I was able to contribute.

So fun! Can’t wait to come back for more!

Bought the class as a birthday gift for my husband. We didn’t know what to expect; being that it was our first cooking class. We had an amazing time! Easy to follow instructions, made a new friend and such a clean class. Would definitely recommend anyone to try this class. And the food was so easy to create. Definitely something I will reuse over and over again!

This class was the perfect blend of learning something new, while still being able to laugh and enjoy myself with a friend. The BYOB option was a big deal and the food came out great! A+

Course was cancelled. That was my first experience with Course Horse. My second experience was the course I signed up for today. I just received an email advising me not to attend.
So far Course Horse is SINGULARLY UNIMPRESSIVE.

This class was great bc we are taught several different styles of folding dumplings and rolling sushi. It is all veggie based so no actual fish but yummy nonetheless.

Easy and fun! Perfect class for all levels, would definitely go back again

I am extremely upset that this class was such a rip-off. While the instructor was nice, to say that this was a “cooking” class is a HUGE overstatement, and quite simply a lie. Upon arrival, you are placed at a table with 3 other people (4 in total) where you are presented with a bunch of pre-measured and pre-distributed “ingredients” (which are mostly seasonings [pepper, salt] and condiments [ketchup, mayo, and tomato paste]). By this point, it becomes completely evident that you will NOT be cooking a meal, but rather splitting pre-done tasks among the 4 individuals at your table to “prepare” one meal that you’ll share. For $79 per person, you’d think that they could provide each individual with the opportunity to create their own meal. I say “create” because no actual “cooking” was done by the participants… 95% of the cooking was done by the instructor, (not you!), including food that she pre-cooked and prepared before we arrived. As a student, you WILL NOT touch an oven. To think that cutting onions and dicing tomatoes is going to be fun, informative, or educational for grown adults is absolutely absurd. Since there are not enough tasks for all four people, most of your time is spent watching someone else stir the “sauce” in a bowl. You will not walk away from this class having learned anything that you did not already know prior to coming. If you’re hoping to learn how to cook, you WILL NOT LEARN anything useful in this course. If you are looking for a fun and playful date night out, again, I stress, you will NOT get that here, as everything was primarily hands OFF and painfully rushed. At the very least, if you were looking to walk away having eaten a “semi-decent” meal, I am sorry to tell you that you will NOT have that here either. (One of the sauces you learn to make is literally ketchup and mayo mixed together!!!!). This class “taught” ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that any person capable of reading a recipe can’t already do themselves… DO NOT TAKE THIS COURSE!!! They will rob you of $79 to do nothing more than chop vegetables, pour condiments, and stand around watching other people stir a mixture of basic ingredients… SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! THIS IS CLASS IS A COMPLETE WASTE!!!!

VERY disappointing! Before you waste your money, let me warn you, as a "Beginner," I learned absolutely NOTHING. You share a table with 3 other people (4 people in total), and for the most part, you just stand there, watching OTHER people "cook." I use that term loosely since you'll do NO ACTUAL COOKING!! Everything was already pre-measured for us, and we never even used the oven!! All we did was mindlessly dump containers of pre-measured sauce, seasoning, and other ingredients in, and mix. The patatas bravas were a COMPLETE WASTE of time. All we got to do was stir mayo and ketchup in a pan until it turned into a weirdly warm, condiment swimming pool... Meanwhile, the potatoes were already cut, peeled, AND PRE-ROASTED! I'm sorry, but how is that even REMOTELY better than following a YouTube tutorial, which is Free?? If I'm spending $80 DOLLARS, I should not be forced to stand there, pointlessly, WATCHING OTHER PEOPLE perform the tasks because there is NOT ENOUGH for us to do!! Seriously: If you're ACTUALLY trying to LEARN something, DO NOT TAKE THIS COURSE. You'll waste a ridiculous amount of money to STAND AROUND and CHOP TOMATOES!!!

Delicious food, knowledgeable staff, clean and inviting space, a fun group of strangers to learn with..absolutely perfect. Wonderful experience!

I loved the class and the Instructor was very kind and approachable, would recommend it for anyone looking for a fun way to spend 2 hours!
This class however, is NOT for people looking to learn how to make dumpling dough and other cooking methods involving a dumpling, this was not mentioned on the description and unfortunately that is what I was looking for so giving them only 4 stars.

My husband and I went to this classes last Friday. Everything was perfect and we had so much fun. Would definitely recommend it and we will go back! The class is 2 hours but it seems to be shorter because you have fun every step of the way. The team and Sava makes it easy and entertaining. Everything is good quality and even the kitchen feels cozy with the decoration. It was our first experience with cooking classes and we loved it and will surely take more classes!
