Chef Daniel was a great teacher. He explained things very clearly, including the reason for doing them, and was patient when he had to explain it more than once. Everything we made was delicious, and we have since made paella at home as well as the mushroom dish that we learned.

Chef Daniel's class was very informative and fun! He has a great way of explaining things to the students in his class... he explains the WHY behind the cooking processes instead of just having us follow what he tells us step by step. He teaches his class in a way so that we can actually apply what we've learned once we go home and try it on our own. I think he is very knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. The class was really great and we will definitely take future classes with Chef Daniel. We also left very full after having eaten a lot of delicious pizza!
