The new Certification in Business Data Analytics (IIBA®- CBDA), is the first data analytics certification provided by the International Institute of BA (IIBA), Canada (www.IIBA.org). It recognizes a Business Analyst Practitioner’s ability to effectively execute analysis related work in support of business analytics initiatives and is an indication of one’s commitment, passion and competency in performing business analysis on analytics initiatives.

The IIBA®- CBDA exam is closely aligned to the Guide to Business Data Analytics and tests one’s ability to answer questions focused on real-world scenarios.

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

In last 3 years, Adaptive US has NOT cancelled / re-scheduled even 1 training program. In extremely rare events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, faculty ill-health etc.), Adaptive US reserves the right to postpone/cancel a session.

In case Adaptive US cancels a training program, 100% program fee + $50 Run Guarantee Fee will be paid to the participant.

Training cancellation by Participant / Host

If a student cancels a registration 15 days or more prior to a class, following amount will be refunded back to the student.

Refund amount = Program Fee – Self-learning Fee – $50 Administrative Fees.

If a student cancels a registration less than 15 calendar days prior to a class, no refund will be made.

Travel, logistics or any personal expense incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded.

If a student cancels a registration after they have rescheduled a class, no refund will be made.

If you paid for your class with a check, and you choose to cancel, you must contact Adaptive US to receive any amount due. Refunds are automatically processed on credit card transactions only.

Students requesting virtual materials 15 or more days prior to their class start date will not be given any refund if they cancel their enrollment.

Failure to attend a traditional or virtual class without written notification by email ([email protected]) prior to the start date of the class is considered a ‘no show’ and will result in forfeiture of the entire class fee.

Refund request can be initiated by sending email to [email protected].

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the customer. All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by Adaptive US.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
