Interaction Design & Prototyping (IxD) Training

Should you decide to cancel you will receive the following refund: 

• 30 days or more prior to training - full refund 
• 15-29 days prior to training - 50% refund 
• 7-14 days prior to training - 25% refund 
• 6 days or less prior to training - no refund  

If paying by credit card 4% will be deducted from your refund regardless of when you cancel.  

Alternatively, you can send someone else from your company for no additional charge.

If you wish to move to a different date for the same course then this is treated as a cancellation (and subsequent re-booking) and is subject to the refund criteria above.

Webcredible reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training course at any time. In the highly unlikely event of this happening, you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any extra costs incurred as a result of a cancelled course.
