In order to ease our scheduling process and for the respect of our talented mixologists, please review our event cancelation policy.
We request that once a booking is submitted to the TalkTales Entertainment calendar, we at TalkTales Entertainment consider your event booked and blocked off from any other event submitted using the time frame submitted. An event is not considered booked (blocked off) until the event is submitted into the TalkTales Entertainment scheduling calendar. Any changes on event bookings must be submitted in writing (via email or post) and approved by a team member at TalkTales Entertainment. This includes rescheduling and time changes. TalkTales reserves the right to make changes to accommodate any event changes submitted in writing prior to the event.
Once an event is officially booked with TalkTales our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations must be received in writing (via email or post) in advance of the event.
The following cancellation charges apply:

72 hours after initial booking: No charge
- 3 weeks notice: 60% refund / no reschedule fee
- 2 weeks notice: 40% refund / no reschedule fee
- 10 days prior: No refund
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
