Come learn to make, bake and fill the best cream puffs, eclairs, and savory cheese gougeres – epic pastries that show off your amazing cooking skills.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll start with one pastry recipe and change it up to make fantastic Instagram worthy creations. Then you’ll make pastry cream and chocolate ganache to top and fill your creations.
You’ll appreciate the delicious taste of your efforts and take home a box of goodies to enjoy later, plus you’ll leave with recipes, and the skills and confidence to recreate and customize them at home.
You’ll leave with gorgeous eclairs, cream puffs and gougeres to enjoy at home, smartphone accessible recipes and baking tips, and the confidence to make beautiful French pastries anytime you want.
