National Intimacy Day is a day of celebration of love, intimacy and connection.
Intimacy can show up in many ways such as emotional intimacy, spiritual intimacy, mental intimacy and physical intimacy.
While we already celebrate Valentine's Day and Sweetest Day worldwide, Intimacy Day expresses further the depth of intimate and love connection.
By declaring Intimacy Day a National Day on June 1st every year we invite couples and singles to take time out of their busy schedules on that Day and bring their attention to intimate connection with oneself, a beloved, a friend or a loved one. This also could include to learn or institute a new practice, ritual or habit that inspires intimacy and deeper connection.
This in turn will allow us to create greater harmony, peace and joy in relationships, marriages, friendships, families and our communities.

What to expect:
Imagine being guided into a world of intimate connection that instantly elevates your feelings and state of love. This Intimacy Day Ritual leads you into this world of intimacy effortlessly so you may experience joy, love and bliss – no matter if you were to attend with your partner or by yourself.
Elsbeth and Freddy will guide you in dropping out of your busy chatter mind so you can access your heart where love and happiness reside. This opens up the portal to connecting with a beloved or a practice partner and experiencing heart-to-heart connection that leads us to feeling bliss.
This Intimacy Day Ritual is open to couples, singles and practice partners (like a friend)
You will be guided in:
- Becoming centered in your Heart, your LOVE Center
- Releasing what may be in the way of your love connection
- Using your breath to raise your energy and elevate your love feelings
- Cultivating gratitude for yourself and consequently for the other
- Celebrating yourself and your partner’s magnificence if you attend as a couple
- Experiencing joy and fun!
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
