In this intensive camp, students will master the fundamentals of JavaScript programming and progressively advance their skills to develop a comprehensive final project that demonstrates everything learned throughout the course. Here is a breakdown of the sessions covered:
Session 1: Introduction to JavaScript and the coding platform, getting started with basic programming concepts.

- Session 1: Understanding Variables and Data Types
- Session 2: User Interaction and Type Conversions
- Session 3: Basic Operators, Mathematical Operations, Comparisons, and Assignment Operations
- Session 4: Conditional Statements including If, Else If, and Else
- Session 5: Logical Operators and Ternary Operators
- Session 6: Loops including While and For Loop Structures
- Session 7: Loops (While and For) Project Showcase and Final Demonstrations
There is no prior experience necessary for enrollment in this course. The program is designed to be engaging and enjoyable for learners at all starting levels.
This is an interactive and collaborative course where students are actively encouraged to engage with fellow classmates and instructors. Your student will be amazed by the coding capabilities they develop by the end of camp and will be fully prepared to continue advancing their programming skills well beyond this introductory course.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
