Catriona McLaughlin

Catriona Ellyn McLaughlin is a German-American journalist, author, and media strategy consultant. She reports on American economy, culture, and politics for major quality German News publications such as Die Zeit, Capital, Die Welt and N24. She has worked as adviser on media trends for management boards in Germany and the US. She writes stories and story concepts on the future for government and corporate clients and is co-author of the Club of Rome-Publication "7 Virtues Reloaded - Models for the Future / Think Tank 30 Germany". She holds a combined bachelor’s and master's degree in Audiovisual Communication and Strategic Planning from the University of the Arts in Berlin, Germany, holds a Management Certificate in Media Management from the Steinbeis School of Innovation and Management and has studied Media Arts and Production at the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia. She is a Socrates-Alumna of the Internet and Society-Workgroup of the Aspen Institute and was elected Global Young Leader by Atlantikbruecke.
