Mille-Feuille & Madeleines (Napoleon)
We had such a wonderful experience taking the mille-feuille & madeleines class with Emily. She was an excellent teacher—knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and incredibly generous with her tips and techniques. Emily made the class both informative and enjoyable, and she explained each step clearly while making everyone feel comfortable and confident. I learned so much about the techniques behind making a beautiful mille-feuille, and I left feeling inspired to try it at home. -

Paint in the Dark
Had no expectations coming into the class and was blown away about how much fun it was! Teo is super talented and for a pretty full class he is able to quickly sketch your inspiration in seconds so that you can start painting. It’s a unique take instead of everyone going home with the same painting you’re able to come to class with a few pictures and teo will let you know which one looks best with the paint. He was an absolute professional. He had different sessions going at the same time like slime drawing, light figure lamp painting and our glow in the dark panting. Would definitely come back to try the others. I will say that it’s black light glow so if you want your work to glow when you get home a cheap Amazon UV light will help. -
Paint and Sip Workshop: Midtown (BYOB)
Attended a paint and sip for the first time. It was such an amazing experience. I made the empire state with starry nights painting. It came out like a dream. The instructor KT was super knowledgeable, she made it look very easy. I appreciate the step by step guidance. Even though I paint as a hobby, i learnt couple of tips and would definitely recommend this class. Will try to come again! -

Culinary Boot Camp Level I: For Beginner Cooks
Chef Al is the best!! Highly recommend this class. -
Homemade Pizza
This is a great introductory course for people who would like to learn how to make pizza on their own. Chef Genevieve was fantastic because she explained everything well and came around and helped each group with the different steps. Everyone used the same recipe so it was interesting to see how differently the final pizzas came out of the oven just based on the slightly different techniques used. This has inspired us to experiment with our own pizza recipes at home to try and perfect our technique. -

Bake Your Own French Croissant
Hey. I (Louis) purchased the class for (Joseph) as a gift. Spoke to him and he had a great time. Thank you so much for taking care of him and showing him a nice time. He was very happy to show and tell the group. Probably will be sending him to other classes. -
Paint and Sip Workshop: Midtown (BYOB)
Alex was great! He had a good sense of humor and explained the steps of the painting clearly. We did have to rush a bit at the end to finish on time, which I think might have been in part because the painting was rather complicated with lots of details. If you're mostly looking to hang out and not focus intently on painting the whole time, I recommend choosing a class with a simple picture. I had fun even while going quickly though! :) -
Picnic'n Paint In Central Park
Great atmosphere. Great instruction. Lots of fun. -

Bake Your Own French Croissant
One of the best classes I have taken -
Spanish Paella (BYOB)
I had such a great time at this class. The atmosphere was relaxed but still felt like we were learning something valuable. The instructor broke down the paella-making process step by step and explained not just how to do each part, but why. From layering flavors to getting that perfect socarrat at the bottom of the pan, everything was easy to follow. It was a hands-on experience, so everyone got involved in chopping, stirring, and seasoning. The BYOB element made it even more fun since pairing a good Spanish wine with our cooking felt like being at a lively dinner party. By the end of the night, the kitchen smelled incredible. When we finally sat down to eat, the paella tasted even better than I had hoped. It was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Whether you are a total beginner or a confident home cook looking to sharpen your skills, I would recommend this class. It strikes the perfect balance between education, fun, and great food. -
French Tarts & Madeleines
Great instructor and lovely class format. We made 4-5 parts of the dessert in 2.5 hours from scratch. Very calm and soothing, not like you see in chef movies at all! -

We had a great time learning (and eating) three dishes. The Teachers were lovely and well prepared. The kitchen was clean and we will come back again for another class! Susan.Sam, Mary -
Bake Your Own French Croissant
Another amazing experience. This was my second class with Atelier Sucre. I took the fruit tart class a few weeks prior and that was such a cool experience I decided to do again. -
Bake Your Own French Croissant

Bake Your Own French Croissant
Wonderful experience! The class is very well-structured so students can experience all the parts of a two-day process in a few hours. Chef Simon is an excellent teacher. -
