Studio U

We are a boutique fitness studio offering Pilates Reformer, TRX, Boxing, Yoga, Pilates Mat, Hip Hop, Burlesque, Salsa, and more--specializing in small group training. The intimate setting combined with expertly taught classes that are both fun and challenging will enable "U" to take your workout to the next level.

From your first session, you are greeted and welcomed as family. Small numbers per class, beautiful space, great perks, and classes for charity make the Studio U experience truly unique.
