Yoga of the Mind is a Denver-based school that specializes in helping you to listen and trust your intuition. We have a proven curriculum that teaches you how to listen and follow your intuition. You will easily incorporate our guided meditations, grounding techniques and live practice sessions in your daily life.

The building was very difficult to find. If it just included that the location is on the 2nd floor above the restaurant, it would have saved me a lot of hunting.

Enter on the north side of the building between The Hornet Restaurant and Senior Burritos, or the nearest cross street is 1st & Broadway. There is a door code and it is posted during class hours above the code box.
Parking: you can park directly behind our building. There is also a pay parking lot as well. Street parking is by 2-hour meters. If you need more time you can street park in the Washpark neighborhood East of Lincoln Avenue on First ave you will find plenty of free street parking.
