What you'll learn in this kids programming class:
Calling all Minecrafters! If your kiddo is crazy about Minecraft, then this camp will take their passion to the next level by teaching them how to create their own “mods” (short for modifying) to use in their Minecraft worlds. Campers learn how to customize their Minecraft games by creating whole new worlds and biomes. New this year is that campers will use a drag & drop Java-based code editor called MCreator - enabling an easy to use and highly dynamic mod developer interface. Additionally, the program provides an introduction to Java programming required to bring their mods to life. Parents note that Game Design is often considered a gateway to learning to code!
If your kiddo loves this camp, try our Minecraft Modding: Character Customization, or any of the upcoming Roblox or Coding camps!
Drop-off/Pick-up instructions as well as all other camp details will be sent to you during the week prior to the start of camp.
If you chose an AM & PM camp during the same week, your camper can bring a lunch and stay with us over the lunch hour. We'll look forward to seeing you this summer. Call us at 303-800-0011 with questions.

- Ability to navigate between multiple windows during class
- Ability to cut & paste using Ctrl X, C and V (windows), or Command X, C and V (mac).

Refund Policy
Course Cancellation: You understand that the school reserves the right to cancel a course. If a course is cancelled, you understand that you may enroll your child or yourself in another course. If none are available for the same dates, a refund will be issued for all monies paid to us for the cancelled course. Alternatively, the tuition paid for the cancelled course can be applied to a voucher that can be used during that same session or future sessions as space permits.
Cancellation and Payment Policy: Tuition is non-refundable if student cancels enrollment in a traditional after-school course or workshop within 1 week of start date. Tuition for summer camps is non-refundable if student cancels participation within 2 weeks of start date. However, tuition credit may be applied to other courses offered within 1 year of the cancelled course. A $25 returned check fee will be assessed for any checks returned.
Cancellations that qualify for a refund must be made by contacting CourseHorse.
No refunds will be issued for early withdrawal or dismissal from courses, workshops or camps due to absences, or dismissals due to behavioral issues.
