Learn how to make fresh fettuccine and a smooth, creamy Alfredo sauce in this hands-on Italian cooking class with Chef Kena. Start by mixing flour, eggs and olive oil to form pasta dough, then roll it out and cut it into thin fettuccine strips. Next, prepare a traditional Alfredo sauce using butter, cream and Parmigiano Reggiano. Practice combining the pasta and sauce for a rich, silky finish. Enjoy your freshly made dish and bring home your handmade pasta dough.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled class, you will be billed the full amount for the class. 

This policy is maintained in order to honor the time spent and ingredients/supplies purchased by the class host.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
