Attended: CBAP Certification Training

Overall, training was good. It was a 1-on-1 personal training instead of a classroom training that has several participants as I was expecting. However, the 1-on-1 training allowed for a lot of 2-way dialogue and discussion throughout the 3-day course which was great to have. I believe it was well worth my time spending 3 days with the trainer.

My trainer Zahn Patin was awesome. She has given good examples on various concepts related to PMP Certification & also helped me with my online application process. I thoroughly enjoyed my training with her.

The training course was extremely informative, and Erik went above and beyond with ensuring that I had all of the necessary tools and resources needed to fully understand the curriculum that was being taught. He even went so far as to provide supplemental resources and educational books that would be of benefit to me long-term and was extremely personable throughout the course. However, one point of feedback that I would provide is that the Practice Exam makes reference to diagrams that are not displayed to the end user, making it difficult to choose a true answer based on the information that is provided.

The instructor (Houssin) was great. There was a lot of good course material provided. There were few exam questions outside the covered subject matter. However, I would say that the overall experience was positive and that I learned a lot.
