Puglia - the heel of the Italian boot - has a deep tradition of pasta making. Walking through the streets of Bari or Lecce you're likely to find nonnas busting out some amazing fresh pasta using only their hands and simple, traditional tools. EVENTO is bringing that tradition to NYC and giving it a little bit of our twist, of course!

Menu:

  • Whipped ricotta bruschetta, spicy honey, pink peppercorn
  • Cavatelli al ragù Pugliese beef, sausage, pancetta and lamb ragù
  • Orecchiette broccoli rabe, anchovies soffritto, lemon toasted crumbs
