Chocolate Workshop: Craft Chocolates from Bean to Bar
Ruth really knows what she is doing and how to teach. I took this class knowing a little or as they say enough to be dangerous. With that being said I learned a lot and picked up some great techniques and helped get a better understanding on tempering. Over all a lot of great info and the class was really fun. I believe there was not one person in this class that thought any different than I did. Nice school great instructor. I signed up for another class taught by Ruth. I live about 1.5 hours away it is worth the drive and more. Peter Z P.S. the staff is also very helpful and knowledgeable -

Artisanal Chocolate Workshop
Ruth is an AMAZING instructor! She is always very ambitious with the recipes and we end up taking home TONS of delicious goodies. The class sizes are always small enough to get just the right amount of personal attention. The Artisanal Chocolate Workshop was by far my favorite class out of the others I've taken with her at The Gourmandise School. -

it was a great class. I wish we would have more hands on experience and less from the theory part. I would like to take a advance class on how to make chocolate candies. Thanks Ruth, you were wonderful.
