Enhance your self-care routine with a soothing sound bath experience led by Reiki Master Cyndi Barker-Kunkel. The October full moon on Oct. 6th is a time for a period of release, reflection, and readiness for new beginnings a perfect time to relax and reset.
Engage your senses as you first sink into a surround-sound wave of crystal bowls designed to steady your breath and clear mental static. Then channel that calm into creativity as you weave eucalyptus, lavender, and other fragrant botanicals into a mini bouquet you’ll take home, guided by Flower School's executive director Caitlin Hamilton. Leave lighter, brighter, and armed with an aromatic reminder that re-centers you every time you inhale.
What to Expect:
- Multi-sensory reset. Harmonizing sound waves relax the nervous system while fresh botanicals flood your senses with uplifting natural scents.
- Low-key social vibe. Meet kindred spirits in a relaxed setting—genuine conversation and friendly faces.
- Small group, big impact. Limited spots mean personal guidance and plenty of acoustic breathing room.
- Duration: 2.5 hrs
- Bring: Yoga mat, blankets, warm socks and anything that makes you feel cozy.
