Your Body Center, a local yoga studio in Houston TX, opened February 14, 2003. We integrate Yoga, Hot Yoga, Aerial Yoga & Pilates in a relaxing atmosphere with highly trained staff. Along with our classes, we offer a variety of Massage services specializing in more therapeutic work to help students achieve mental, spiritual and physical well being.
YBC offers 70 Yoga/Pilates classes a week with a variety of activities from Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes, Beginning Yoga Classes to Hot Yoga Classes, Aerial Yoga, as well as Band and Ball Pilates Classes, and Cardio Barre with times to accommodate most schedules.
