What you'll learn in this culinary (meals) class:

This (2) day class will teach you the fundamentals of cooking. The techniques are geared towards those looking to build a strong cooking skill foundation.

Day (1) knife skills, stocks, soups, vinaigrette & grilling
Day (2) Intro to spices and herbs, poaching, roasting, sautéing & dessert

School Notes:
Kids 8-14 are welcome when accompanied by an adult that is taking the class.
