It wasn't a class really. There was no information about why each drink went with which cheese and only one of the champagnes was truly champagne. But the crew was super nice, the boat was clean, and the views were great.

It was a very exciting and interesting class. The other people I was with thoroughly enjoyed there experience.
The Captain and crew were amazing with the skills they showed. We felt very safe knowing that they knew what they were doing. They also were very curteous and very helpful.
The City lights were spectacular ! Even though the night was very brisk (cold) and it had rained that day before we boarded. It did not take away from the sites.We were amazed also at how close we were to the lit up Statue of Liberty.( Very impressive)
All and all my group and I would highly recommend this class!!

My husband and I felt slightly misled by the title of this cruise, and the promotional material we received. Given that the name of your company is “Coursehorse”, and the emails we received were from your “Education” Coordinator, we thought we would learn something on this sunset cruise—something about champagne perhaps, or something about the sights we were cruising past. We are both born-and-bred New Yorkers, so we pretty much knew about all the buildings and landmarks we sailed past, but there was absolutely no commentary from the crew as we sailed, and the “Champagne” part, was nothing more than an offer of a free drink (which could have been champagne, or many other options.). Basically, we were on a sunset cruise that offered champagne.
We happened to sail on a beautiful night, with a beautiful sunset, but that was a gift from Mother Nature, not your company. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
