About Ken Fury
Ken Fury is a multidisciplinary artist and expert jeweler with 19 years of experience. His work spans jewelry, painting, music, dance, and photography, drawing from his Nuevomexicano and Indigenous Genízaro heritage from southern Colorado and New Mexico. Ken’s artwork and jewelry have been featured in galleries, museums, and publications, and are recognized for their organic forms, symbolic storytelling, and expressive craftsmanship.
Ken began making jewelry as a self-taught artist in 2006 and later completed formal training at Studio Jewelers Ltd. in Manhattan in 2009. He has taught students around the world in multiple artistic disciplines, including jewelry-making, painting, dance, and entrepreneurial development. Ken has taught at universities such as NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts in the Experimental Theatre Wing and the Seoul Institute of the Arts, as well as in public schools, art centers, and private studios, including Benlolo Jewelry Studio in New York, helping students of all levels build strong foundations and develop their own artistic voice. As a cultural ambassador with the U.S. Department of State’s Next Level and American Voices programs, he has traveled internationally to teach, perform, and share the cultural roots of his work.
Ken brings this breadth of experience, cultural depth, and hands-on skill to every class, creating an inspiring and supportive environment for creative growth.
