I have a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice; I am currently enrolled to commence the pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management in the Fall 2017 semester at City Tech. I have been a Property Manager at Goldfarb Properties for the last 5 years. What I didn't know about this course was the amount of material that is covered. I wish I took the 1x/week class because the 4 days straight was way too much information crammed - covering 13 chapters in 3 days is alot, and I did not feel ready to take the full mock exam on day 4. Otherwise, I feel prepped enough to study and take mock exams with the help of this class.
